Gravity flow solutions for various industries. Here the loading levels are inclined at an angle so that goods stored from one end of the storage system roll down the other end for easy retrieval and a perfect rotation. This also ensures a perfect FIFO system and eliminates unnecessary material handling and movement. An important advantage is better accessibility of a wide variety of products in the same storage system. 
Gravity flow system can be used to store boxes, pallets, rolls, etc and be used for a variety of applications. A unique stopper mechanism is used so that only one load is retrieved at a time. The entire depth of unit has rows of rollers or tracks for smooth movement of goods

Components: 
The Gravity Flow System mainly consists of the following:

Uprights:  
The uprights are made of C-sections specially designed for this application.
Cantilevered Beam:
The beams are cantilever type and the tracks are fixed on them.
Bracing: 
The bracing's are fixed to the adjoining uprights to provide rigidity to the system. Since the load is in motion, it is very important to have a very rigid structure.
Tracks:
The load moves along the track. They are fitted with special leveling devices to control the slope for easy movement of goods.
End Stopper:
This is a special device to ensure that only one load is retrieved at a time.
